State Law defines a relationship between voters for the major parties with representatives IN THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD (Voting Precinct). This position is called PRECINCT COMMITTEEMEN (PC). Elected every 2 years in the Primary Elections, by all voters in your Precinct who are registered Republicans vote for PCs. For every 125 voters, your Precinct is assigned 1 PC Spot. These people are intended to listen to you, trying hard to match THEIR ACTIONS with YOUR VALUES, and #1 register new Republicans and get Republicans Elected TOP TO BOTTOM on the ballot. These individuals are charged with responsibilities to help to run and manage the internal workings of the Republican Party according to your ideals.
